One of the alltime highlights of the Conference is the home party where the Ladies of LC Hamburg and the surrounding Circles open their houses to you. This is a great occasion to explore German hospitality and get a closer contact to international Circlers...apart from the fun you definitely will have...
you want to swap exotic pins??
During the Welcome party we will install a Pin-Swap-Corner where interested Ladies may find counterparts willing to exchange any kind of LC Pins.
Shopping mall
Just in case you spend so much time in chatting with all the other Ladies that you miss the occasion to do your shopping: don't worry!! There will be a shopper's paradise where you can find all kind of souvenirs and all kind of things you might find useful or just funny.
Numbers Meeting
Yes, you can do more than one thing at a time when you're in Hamburg. If you always wanted to meet Ladies from the same Club No in other countries...here you will find the occasion to do so. During the Welcome Party on set times we are asking members of respective Club Numbers to gather at one place so that you have the possibility to meet counterparts of your club of another country. You might even be able to organise a twinning of your club...who knows???
Conference Team Meeting
Last weekend the Conference Team had its last joint meeting where most details had been tackled. Now excitement rises and everyone is looking forward to welcoming Ladies from all over the world in Hamburg
