President introduction for 2010/11

Dear LCI Web visitor,
I’m glad to see that you have found the Ladies Circle International Website – welcome!

One aim for the future is to make sure it is a place where you as a visitor will find all the information you were looking for, and more.

The motto for 2010/2011 is “DO IT”.
It is a motto chosen for multiple reasons.

First of all, it is said that the things that we regret in life is not the things we did, but the things we did not. This is not only true for Ladies Circle activities but also for most things in life. All the good ideas, all the dreams you have, go ahead and Do IT!

I really hope that this can be a motto, that we can all share, and that you can take it to heart and make it yours, either if you want to Do IT now, Do IT together, or any other way you want to Do IT.

One focus for this year will be to Do IT, where IT, stands for Information Technology. Today there are many IT tools available, and I am sure that we can utilize them is a better way and by that bring our members closer. With an informative and attractive website, we will be able to secure that our members and all potential future members can find all the information they are looking for, and enjoy browsing it.

IT can give us good tools to communicate, but can never replace the “Live Circling”, the personal meetings that gives us so much. Make sure to explore our wonderful network, and go meet other circlers, both locally, nationally and also internationally. I hope to meet many of you during this year!
