A raining day me and my husband sat us in our car for the 400 kilometres drive to Holstebro. When we get there in the afternoon we have something to eat and then we go to the registration. We were warmed welcomed. After checking in to the house that we were living with three other Swedish people, change clothes and we where ready for the Home parties. BUT…….
Vikings at AGM!
During my LC-years, I have been to 6 Swedish AGM, 4 Danish and 2 Norwegian AGM´s, but not until now I have been able to go to Finland.
We arrived at Vaasa during Thursday evening and just checked in to the hotel and then off to the tour “The Dark Side of Vaasa” where we meet ghosts and went to places that had hosted murderers. Of course, all in the spirit of Salmiakki.
Internet is a nice thing, but sometimes things get lost in cyberspace. Unfortunate it happend to this report.

Botswana for the weekend – mad or just a circler!!
Listening to the Presentation about Botswana at the International contact meeting in India gave me
goosebumps!! Finding out we were the Godmother to Botswana made me even more determined
to go and support them whilst organising a special event for LCI.

Travel fund reports from LC The Netherlands part 2
Five circlers from GB&I each received a Travel Grant to attend LCI Bangalore.
It was agreed by our National President (Lynda Wieland) that we provide a joint
report to the LCI Board, with each circler reporting on a certain aspect of the LCI
Conference. By doing this we hope to give you a more in depth look at each part of
conference.
